    Some customers have feedback that the bluetooth will not connect when they connect to IOS, please follow the tips：
If your mobile phone is IOS, please connect to Bluetooth directly in the software, Don’t connect to Bluetooth in phone settings.

For IOS Connection method:

1. Plug in the KW902 to the OBD2 interface, and open the IPhone’s Bluetooth first.
Don’t connect to Bluetooth in phone settings. Please connect to Bluetooth directly in the software.
2. Open the software (like OBD Auto Doctor)
3. Enter the ‘OBD Auto Doctor”, choose “Extras”.
4. Then click “Connectivity”, choose “Bluetooth”, and click “Device”, choose “Konnwei”.
5. Connect Bluetooth in the”Connectivity”, return to the home page, click the the icon on the upper right corner.
6. Wait for about ten seconds, it can connect successful.

NOTE: Even though it compatible with most cars, but different regions support the vehicle OBD2 protocol at different times, or some car is spercial design, so it may not compatible with some cars which do not support OBD2 protocol. If you’re not sure, ask us anytime!

Q4: What is the function of the ON/OFF button?

A4: The ON/OFF button is for reset/wake up the device, because this new designed ELM327 is built with auto-sleep mode, after 30 minutes without communication, it will go in sleep-mode. The Sleep mode consumption of our scanner is only 10MA, so there is no need to worry about leaving it in car over night with plugging in.
