What should I do if I can’t connect to WiFi?

If the WiFi connection fails and the WiFi module cannot connect to the cloud within 30 seconds during network distribution (WiFi connection successful, but unable to connect to the cloud), a reset signal will be generated and sent to the MCU end, causing the MCU to reset.You can try using another phone to turn on the hotspot, configure it, and see if it can be connected to the network. If it can be configured, then reuse the router at home for network distribution. If you still cannot connect to the internet in the end, please contact our store customer service and we will solve it for you as soon as possible.

What should I do if my battery drains too quickly?

If your battery drains too quickly, you can send the virtual ID of the product to the store customer service (copy it in the app), and our customer service will have our technicians upgrade the system to solve this problem for you.
