Some customers have feedback that the bluetooth will not connect when they connect to IOS, please follow the tips：
If your mobile phone is IOS, please connect to Bluetooth directly in the software, Don’t connect to Bluetooth in phone settings.
For IOS Connection method:
1. Plug in the KW901 to the OBD2 interface, and open the IPhone’s Bluetooth first.
Don’t connect to Bluetooth in phone settings. Please connect to Bluetooth directly in the software.
2. Open the software (like OBD Auto Doctor)
3. Enter the ‘OBD Auto Doctor”, choose “Extras”.
4. Then click “Connectivity”, choose “Bluetooth”, and click “Device”, choose “Konnwei”.
5. Connect Bluetooth in the”Connectivity”, return to the home page, click the the icon on the upper right corner.
6. Wait for about ten seconds, it can connect successful.
