1) This is the Mainland China version. If the Door and Window Sensors cannot connect to the mobile APP, please set the region to Mainland China in the mobile APP settings and check whether the hub gateway has successfully connected to the mobile APP.
2) please connect the Aqara ZigBee hub gateway in the app first, the hub gateway needs to be purchased separately..
3) This Door and Window Sensors must work with Aqara ZigBee 3.0 gateway to be used in mobile APP. Compatible gateways (Gateway M1S 2022, Gateway M1S (2nd Generation) Gateway M2, Gateway M2 2022, Gateway E1, Gateway M100, Smart Hub M3, Camera G3 gateway version) and more.
The Aqara smart windows door sensor E1 can detect the opening and closing of door and windows and send a notification to your phone via the APP. With the ability of matching with other Xiaomi smart devices such as gateway remote control, smart bulb, air cleaner, etc. this sensor is able to help you create a smart home. The windows door sensor consists of a sensor subject and a magnet. It detect the opening and closing of door and windows by sensing the near and separation of the sensor subject and magnet.
