A:Our switch doesn’t need to connect neutral wire, but socket does need that .
Q:Is your Switch or Socket Sizes Suitable Suitable for our Country?
A:Our switch is EU Standard,they are not suitable for Italy, Israel, please refer to the attached advertisement for specific size requirements of the cassette.
Q: Which Type of Wall Box should i install for those switch and socket ?
A:Our switch and socket are suitable for both Round & Square wall box  ,the relative required wall box sizes for each type of panels have been indicated in details in description picture as below .
Q:Can i Control the Switch from 2 or 3 places ?
A:This is just 1way switch which can just work individually, if you want to control same light from 2 or 3 switches, please order 2way switch.
Q: Does your touch light switch have a backlight?
A:The blue backlight will be on when the wiring is successful. Allowing you to notice Our touch switch clearly in the dark, it can’t be cancelled
