A:Yes, both switch and socket are all required to install neutral wire .
Q: Does the Type-c and USB Charging Ports are also Smart?
A:No,they’re just simple, they don’t work with wifi .
Q: Does the switch come with the glass frame?
A:No,they’re just spare parts , the switch doesn’t contain the glass frame ,if you need a complete product ,please order the function parts and frame  together .
Q: Does your Wifi touch light switch can work with Ewelink or Home Kit?
A:Sorry, Our item can’twork with them at present.
Q: Does your Wifi light switch can work with Smart Life/Tuya/Google/Alexa or Yandex Alice?
A:Yes, it can work with them.
Q: Do you offer a 2-way or 3-way Wifi touch light switch?
A:Yes, this type of wifi switch can work with each other to control the same light, you must at least buy 2 pieces 2-way wifi switches. ( APP use multi-control association function),please be aware that the wifi swtich couldn’t work with simple switich .
Q: Does your Wifi touch light switch have a backlight?
A:The backlight will be on when the wiring is successful. Allowing you to notice Our touch switch clearly in the dark.and it can be cancelled in the app at anytime.
Q: Does our switches can install by vertical or Horizontal for 157mm/228mm glass panel?
A:Yes, we can install it in different ways, but you will see the small holes. (The small holes used to open the glass cover)
Q: Can I install the switch into other frame?
A:Because the E-series function keys and the iron middle plate are integrated, it is not suitable for useing with other BSEED frames or Panels.
