We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact our Support team for the exact return instructions.
Shipping Timeline
Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 12 days (estimate). Delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or address issues.
Return Eligibility
Returns are generally accepted if:
- The return request is submitted within 15 days of delivery.
- The item is unused (or in the same condition you received it) and returned with original packaging where applicable.
- You provide an order number or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., final-sale or hygiene/safety restricted products) where applicable. If an item is non-returnable, it will be stated on the product page or at checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Support as soon as possible. Please include your order number and clear photos/video so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
- Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider and can take several business days to reflect.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please Contact Us or use online help within 14 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.
Return Process
- Contact Us on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. Please attach photo(s) for quality problems.
- After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.
- After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns. This will expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Conditions
- You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact Contact Us within 14 days of delivery.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: beauty products, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, masks, and accessories.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by dayfprime.
- We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
- Order Cancellation: If the order status is "Packaged", a logistics cost is incurred, and a 10% cancellation fee applies. We will NOT accept cancellation requests once the order status is "In transit".
- Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Return Address
We have warehouses in different countries around the globe! If you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to Contact Us. Our customer service will provide you with the nearest return address based on your order details within 24 hours.
NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Refund
- If you purchased two or more products, you can request a partial refund for the unsatisfied item.
- For products that were not received, defective products, or products different from the one advertised, a solution will be provided within 5 working days after the estimated delivery time.
- For fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, or if the amount charged on your invoice does not match the price shown on the website, a solution will be provided within 5 days after notification of the charge.
